Whenever I do a run or other exercise I try to do 5 - 10 mins stretching before and after as I would be injured more than i could run! I've done yoga classes so a lot of my stretches included yoga poses. I swore I would continue and I never did. I would absolutely get back into it again with a 2nd baby though ...
