I'm sure I eat twice that amount (ESP now that I'm nursing..had no idea how hungry that makes you!).runner26https://www.blogger.com/profile/13370012240058974013noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-80920261360309780262011-06-03T09:43:01.213-04:002011-06-03T09:43:01.213-04:00For the past week Blogger will not let me leave co...For the past week Blogger will not let me leave comments using my PC, but I can from my iPhone. WTF?

Where do you buy your quinoa. I love the stuff, but can't find any store near me where I can get it in bulk. Those little boxes are expensive and don't go very far.

I admire how well you've stuck with the food tracking (BTW, I think you look fit and fabulous already). I always want to smack people who complain they meet 1800 calories a day because "it's so much food". It's not at all! I could easily be at 1500 by mid-afternoon. Training snd calorie cutting are hard to do at the same time.Nullhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13104978798049257495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-72004451399656542832011-06-01T21:22:12.054-04:002011-06-01T21:22:12.054-04:00Calorie counting has always been tough for me. My hubby cooks some yummy dinners that I really enjoy. Everything in moderation...that is my current motto :-)Kristan Shimpihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04417475185078076257noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-20765168699502161492011-06-01T18:17:15.326-04:002011-06-01T18:17:15.326-04:00I've stopped buying PB and have mainly been ea...I've stopped buying PB and have mainly been eating peanut flour... I am trying not to eat any from the jar - same goes with things like crackers or cereal from the box, cheese nibbles from the fridge, etc. It adds up too easily without realizing!Marlenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08230997094889375925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-91457123659731514632011-06-01T11:18:07.755-04:002011-06-01T11:18:07.755-04:00Do you think 1500 to 1800 calories might actually ...Do you think 1500 to 1800 calories might actually be too little for the amount of working out you do? Perhaps your body wants more calories, and so is "hoarding" them and keeping you from losing any weight, since you're trying to keep the count so low? Just a thought... Good luck with it all!Sparkplughttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13263276768990740027noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-78686330822291812402011-06-01T10:28:58.599-04:002011-06-01T10:28:58.599-04:00My kids pretty much eat some form of your pancakes...My kids pretty much eat some form of your pancakes for all 3 meals. It's sooooo hard to cut back on the PB but I have :-)

could you possibly be over training? I read this recently and that you really shouldn't work out more than 5 days a week. Not sure how I feel about this but it could have been part of my problem loosing weight in the past.Charihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09016553715852916194noreply@blogger.com
