I'm enjoying doing more now with marathon training, but I still won't go beyond 4 or 5 since I've got a 30-hour this fall to get ready for as well. And rest days? I love 'em!Abbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09004677338036439657noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-15888009601062012882011-08-05T09:13:27.513-04:002011-08-05T09:13:27.513-04:00I don't know how you do it Kara. You'll be fine, and I'd be very surprised if it's not a PR marathon for you (no pressure or anything, just outsider observation :)Nullhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13104978798049257495noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-64908672473154590222011-08-05T09:04:22.602-04:002011-08-05T09:04:22.602-04:00I'm lucky enough that my half marathon trainin...I'm lucky enough that my half marathon training only requires 3 days of running. I try to fit in some cross training but I'm not too pushy on that so it leaves me with enough rest days not to be burned out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-44985584576533109632011-08-04T18:17:51.170-04:002011-08-04T18:17:51.170-04:00Wow, I don't know how you do it. It's usually Monday, after a long workout weekend, but also because I'm usually swamped with work and do my grocery shopping that day. Those swims are quite long! Nice work, but scaling it back a bit probably wouldn't hurt either. When I was training, I would try to take ONE complete rest day ... no running, biking, swimming, lifting, yoga, pilates... nothing! My body thanked me.teacherwomanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15791382386588836461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-44790239267596146822011-08-04T11:48:57.687-04:002011-08-04T11:48:57.687-04:00OMG - you get up at 4.30!!!!!!
