I'm thinking - the core can take a long time to regain good strength after pregnancy so maybe other muscles are having to work overly hard - just a theory.<br />Hope it gets better soon and you have a good race at the weekend.Kazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15681949979941583308noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-79283237611936141392011-04-26T21:20:21.480-04:002011-04-26T21:20:21.480-04:00That is an odd place. I'm not sure if that makes a difference, but I have typically found sharp pains to be muscle strains and dull, long lasting aches to be over-use issues.Jesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01465800584212530717noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-85080550295785384952011-04-26T15:42:44.734-04:002011-04-26T15:42:44.734-04:00I hate when the weather jumps from winter to summe...I hate when the weather jumps from winter to summer. I often find that I get some twinges in the same area, when I neglect to make that part of my training/workout.Lizziehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10243921009872119409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-20212582462162049422011-04-26T11:41:39.759-04:002011-04-26T11:41:39.759-04:00booo for painbooo for painTriciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16665644808858115598noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5469780206027563404.post-68420814558120093442011-04-26T10:41:27.892-04:002011-04-26T10:41:27.892-04:00I think my comment some how didn't go through ...I think my comment some how didn't go through so here it is again. My recommendation is to see Dr. Kropf at Westside Wellness in Wayne (check to see if they accept your insurance). He has really been a miracle worker for me. I saw every type of health professional I could think of and he is the only one that is helping. I honestly think that if I didn't see him I would have continued to be in pain and have problems for the rest of my life.Rebecca DeWirehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02415966459988763348noreply@blogger.com
