Right around Christmas I decided I wanted a pair of the lined crocs. It was Christmas eve when I ordered them in pink and got a pair for my mom too - on crocs.com which I am now calling crap.com. They finally came yesterday - 10 days later and when they arrived I was totally disappointed to discover that I ordered men's sizes instead of womens. There is a tab on their site that defaults to men (yep, even for pink) and a tab for women. How did I miss this on the checkout page - I do not know. I called up crocs to see if they could do anything for me. Nope. I have to send them back and pay for the shipping. I refuse to order from them again and I am looking for a comfortable pair of slip on shoes for the winter.
Any advice?
Ugh, what crapy service!!!
ReplyDeleteTotal bummer! They sounded fab too!

We have a crocs store by us. Perhaps there is one near you?
ReplyDeleteThat's ridiculous, they've always been great for me. L.L.Beans has their "wicked good" slippers with cork soles that are awesome for winter. They're similar soles to those boiled wool clogs that are outside shoes. I love them. Highly recommended.
ReplyDeleteThat stinks. Next time try Zappos.com - free shipping both ways and 365 day returns. I love my Birkenstocks!
ReplyDeleteSuck!!! I just got a pair of Dansko(sp?) shoes for Christmas in black patent leather and haven't taken them off since! I have to cover a lot of ground going from one class to the next and these feel like a dream.
ReplyDeletethat isnt the best service but i LOVE my crocs. I would give them a second chance.... becuase they are so worth it!
