Running - what's your therapy?
Congrats! I'm so jealous of your run time. The bike is by far my best area. You'll improve a lot on the bike by riding more. It is hard to find the time though. I ride a lot on an indoor trainer after my daughter goes to bed or if the weather is crappy. I'm on it right now....30 minutes and9.18 miles Congrats again on the race! Enjoy the rest of your weekend...you did great!
Yeah - you did great! 15.4mph on the bike is good - I'm hitting that pace too - we're only beginners after all! Well done again.

your bike time is fine! you really are not slow on it...if i had raced, we would have been pretty close in overall time (you'd kill me in the run and swim!). congrats! hope you had fun!! full race report soon please!
