I like #1 or #3. I would say which ever matches the invitation better since the first one she has a little bit of pink and the last one is just black and white. (if that makes sense)
I love 3 - there is a serene beauty and happiness that eminates from tht pic. I'm also hugely jealous of those flippin' teeth - 3 weeks to Murray's 1st birthday and not a tooth to be found!!!!! It is so bittersweet at the mo!!!!
Dont know if you already chose - I go #3. I love pics when they arent looking because its more about the art of the photography and true nature of the child. All my invitations/holidaycards/etc are of the kids in more of a "natural" environment doing their own thing, they're never looking at the camera.
