What can I do with this?

I tried out a recipe for zucchini hummus from the eat-clean diet... and it is horrible. I don't know what went wrong but it is so bitter. It made SO much zucchini hummus that is inedible. So far, I took about 1/3 of it and added chick peas and it helped for a lighter zucchini hummus, but ... any ideas for what to do with the rest of it ? Pasta sauce? What can I add to make it not bitter?

  1. did the recipe call for lemon? I made some great Zucchini hummus a while back and it was great! Maybe a little lemon would help? Other than that - I dont think the recipe called for much out of the ordinary.

  3. Ha, I guess you take the good with the bad... Maybe it could be added to soup or something?

  4. I hate that bitter zucchini taste. I vote toss it and move on, although I do hate to waste food.
